After purchase, a pdf file should have come up in the new tab. We also send an email with the same info within 24 hours. Be sure you filled out the Contact Us Form. Check the spam folder. 


When we make a new website, and the link changes from time to time. But, no worries, all the programs that still require manually registering can be Here.


If you watch the training videos on the site and within the program, personal one-to-one training is unnecessary. 


Print and read this document. 


You need to set the Default to print the entire page. Go to the dropdown FILE, then PROGRAM DEFAULTS. Make sure there is a checkmark next to “Printing covers the entire page,” or Watch the Training Movie. 


 If you do not have two icons on your desktop, chances are you stopped the Effects install before completion, or you have an older install. Either way, this is not an issue. Open your C drive, look for the LSL_Movies folder, open it, and scroll down until you find a file called Effects.exe Double click it, which will begin to install Lighting Effects. If this does not work, please fill out a Support Ticket, and we will send the file.


The Texture Libraries in the Pattern Library command disappeared, which means they are not on the screen. It happens when the screen resolution has changed, or you use two monitors. 

  1. You need to reset the program presets by renaming the Greenscapes.exe and the INI file.
  2. First, close the program.
  3. To rename the files, go to the location of the EXE and INI file - C:\Program Files (x86) \GreenScapes \
  4. There you will see Greenscape.exe (application) & Greenscape.ini (configuration settings) needs to be renamed to: Greenscape1.exe & Greenscape1.ini by right-clicking on the file and going to rename and add a 1 to the end of the names.
  5. Then open GreenScapes, open an image, define an area and go to the Pattern Library menu and the library should be on the screen.
  6. You may want to move the thumbnail library to a different location on the screen, so this does not happen again.


Most clients don't need to make a texture library. Some computers have security that does not allow us to do it manually. Yet the auto-installs or downloads we make seem to work fine. We are assuming Windows changed security once again. The attached document is a workaround.
