All our programs have been updated to auto register. If your program is asking for a code, you have an older version. As of Jan 1, 2025, we have retired the unlock system.

Please fill out the support ticket below. We will schedule a convenient day and time for you and our support team. Before the appointment, please ensure your computer has the latest Windows updates, shut it down, and restart prior to the appointment. If you're using a laptop, please ensure we have a fully charged battery. Also, please have the PDF file saved in an easily accessible location, such as your email. We will send you a link via email that will allow us to assist you on your computer, which includes downloading and installing any necessary files.

**ABOUT US:** With over 35 years of experience in the software industry, we began our journey in New York under the name "Design Imaging Group," where we developed our first program, "DesignWare." Following that, we created "Planscape" and a Quoting System, and later "Splash," which is specifically designed for the pool industry. For nearly 20 years, I collaborated with the original programmer to develop "GreenScapes," tailored for landscapers and hardscape contractors, as well as "Landscape Lighting Software" for outdoor lighting professionals. Additionally, we developed "Deco-Con," designed for the decorative concrete industry.

All these solutions are part of our Landscape Design Imaging Software offerings.
