We ask you to fill out the Contact Us Form so we receive the information needed to help you properly — such as your company name, time zone, the program you’re interested in, and whether you use Windows or a Mac.
After you submit the form, we send a one‑time email with details about your selected program. We respect your privacy and never send spam or share your information. You can also include any questions you may have directly on the form.
Our software runs on Windows computers. Below are the recommended and minimum system requirements to ensure smooth performance.

Our programs are Windows‑based, but they can run on a Mac with the proper setup. To use GreenScapes, Deco‑Con, or our Lighting Software on a Mac, you must install Windows using a Windows‑compatible emulator such as Parallels.

We provide full support for our software on a Mac after Windows is installed. However, we do not provide support for installing Windows, Parallels, or any Mac‑related setup.
Our software requires a full version of Windows. Windows‑based tablets will work as long as they run full Windows (not Windows RT). Keep in mind that designing on a small screen can be challenging, but tablets are excellent for showing clients your final images.
iPads
iPads cannot run Windows or Mac software, so the programs cannot be installed directly on an iPad.
Remote Access Options (Optional)
If you want to view or present your work from an iPad, you can use a remote‑access app such as:
These allow you to control your Windows computer from your iPad. Note: An internet connection is required, and performance will be slower than running the software directly on a Windows device.
The initial purchase is for the first‑named user in your company. That user may install the program on two computers, for their own use only.
Second Users (Additional People in Your Company)
Second users include partners, designers, office staff, and other team members. We offer a 50% discount for each additional user license.
Registration & Support
Our programs now use automatic registration, so manual registration is no longer required. Support is provided to the named user on the license. Licenses are not transferable. If someone leaves the company, the new user will need their own license.
Each program has its own dropdown menu with a Buy Now button. You can purchase directly from any program page.
After purchasing, you will automatically receive a detailed email with everything you need — including installation instructions, download links, and program information.
Yes. All of our programs allow you to import your own photos of plants or any object. You can create transparency in the program or import an image that is already transparent. This feature is especially helpful for contractors who want to take something they’ve already built — such as a wall, planter, fire pit, or a completed garden — and place it in a new client’s background photo.
Imported objects can be resized, rotated, and blended into your designs just like the items included with the software.
